Job Description
The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and directing programs that ensure employee engagement, regulatory compliance and the implementation of EHS management system to protect human health and safety and protect the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a culture that is aligned with SomaLogic’s EHS goals and objectives, with continuous EHS improvements

- Develop, coordinate and/or conduct EH&S training programs
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of capital EHS projects to ensure compliance with requirements and completion on a timely basis. This includes recommendation of EHS capital equipment purchases and other equipment to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Lead and assist employee safety teams to understand and own safety and compliance down to the lowest level
- Assist in providing information for Workers Compensation requests (incident investigations)

Key Relationships:
