Job Description

Rejuveron (www.rejuveron.com) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company creating therapies to improve healthy aging. Its experienced drug discovery and development team applies a deep understanding of the biology of aging, alongside technological advances in biopharmaceutical R&D, to progress a new generation of medicines that will help people to age better and live longer.

Through its portfolio companies, each uniquely focused on preventing, repairing, or reversing the hallmarks of aging, Rejuveron is advancing a therapeutic pipeline that ranges from drug discovery to the clinic. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy and implement a clear plan to achieve clinical proof-of-concept
  • Oversee all operations and fiscal activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the strategy
  • Report to the board of directors and effectively communicate the strategy and progress
  • Build trusting relations and foster communication with key partners and stakeholders, and act as their main point of contact
  • Represent the company externally
  • Keep abreast of the science in the field of age related diseases including CNS, ophthalmology, fibrosis and rare diseases
  • Gain a clear understanding of the competitive landscape and how to differentiate within this landscape
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions
  • Nourish a positive and productive culture in the workplace by listening to team members’ opinions, supporting their development, and recognizing the team's accomplishments
  • Ensure and enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies
Experience And Education Requirements

  • PhD in Life Sciences , Medicine or any related Natural Science
  • 6-8 years of R&D leadership experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry OR corresponding experience in life science venture capital or consulting firms
  • Strong track record in contributing to an international team and building out business departments, small ventures, and companies
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction
