The Biostatistics team at Tempus partners with external Pharma, biotech and academic institutions to provide best in class data, analysis and methodological guidance to Tempus’s real world data offering. We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Senior Biostatistician to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in clinical projects with external Pharma, academic and other partners
- Represent the Real World Data function and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the design, analysis, interpretation and publication of clinical real world studies
- Contribute to study protocols and statistical analysis plans. The biostatistician will then perform sample size and power calculations, execute interim and final statistical analyses, communicate the findings to the stakeholders, and prepare written reports
- Work on moderately complex problems, exercising judgment in selecting and adapting methods as appropriate
- Work in interdisciplinary groups of scientists, engineers, and product developers to translate research into clinically actionable insights for our clients
- Stay current with the latest methodological advances in real world studies
- Comply with all applicable regulations and Company procedures
Required Experience
- Ph.D. or Masters Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Epidemiology with a minimum of Ph.D. / 1+ years (MS/MA) relevant experience working with clinical, epidemiologic or genomic studies
- Thorough understanding of clinical trial methodology and statistical methods including methods for time to event analysis
- Computational skills using Python, R or SAS, especially relevant statistical tools and packages
Ideal Candidates Will Possess
- Extensive knowledge of time to event analysis and methodology
- Experience working in oncology Phase II-IV clinical trials and/or experience with the analysis of RWD studies (e.g. using claims, EHR or registry data sources)
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches, especially with respect to predictive and prognostic algorithms in medical research
- Experience in cancer genetics, immunology, or molecular biology
- Self-driven and works well in interdisciplinary teams

What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Enterprise Account Managers
- Lead by example by taking on a play-coach role in the early stages of developing this team
- The Team Lead will not only lead their team of AMs, but also own their own book of business
- Making a meaningful impact to our customers by introducing the Prenuvo scan as a unique benefit to their teams
- Shape the future of this team by developing sales processes, identify sales tools, setting KPIs, developing coaching systems, and owning the goal of Enterprise sales for the organization
- Meet with C-suite and Executives closing deals in the range of $20k-$100k+
- Conduct video and in-person meetings - light travel may be required
- Play a critical role in our GTM strategy by driving business within new locations as we scale into new markets
- Work alongside other key stakeholders including fellow sales teams, finance, marketing and product
- Significantly grow the client relationship in terms of revenue generated, account profitability and referrals
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of sales experience as an individual contributor and 1+ years of sales management or team leadership experience
- Planning and execution of high impact sales meetings, selling directly to C-suite and Executive level contacts
- Experience with CRM and prospecting tools
- Effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Relationship building and the ability to develop trust and rapport
- Ability to deeply understand your customer's business and their needs

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead the development and execution of our product strategy, define product roadmap, and execute the launch of new products that meet the needs of our consumers and drive business growth. This role will be based out of our Vancouver Head Office, though we will consider candidates in other locations within the West Coast.
This is a crucial role for our Product team - you will be responsible for the development and execution of our patient and partner facing systems product strategy, product life cycle, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our consumers. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and member support to bring products to market, ensure their ongoing success, and shape/improve existing products; providing exceptional customer service to members and ensuring they have a positive experience. Our patients' well-being is our top priority!
To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities to develop clear product roadmaps that align with company strategy, understand customer needs, inspire and motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, use data to make informed decisions, and adjust quickly in response to changing market conditions.
What You'll Do
- This role is focused on identifying opportunities to create an amazing patient/customer experience from booking through to getting their results and insights to ongoing engagement
- Develop and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives. Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product delivery
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Define product requirements, create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and test product features. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate on product improvements
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and promotion. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and product documentation to support successful product adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement
- Use customer insights to inform product decisions and prioritize product enhancements.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Psychology or related field. MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus
- Industry experience as a Product Manager in the healthtech, gaming or other tech industry
- Experience working with interactive UI/UX - external facing tools focused on creating and managing products that are interactive, visually appealing, and user-friendly
- Experience working with Figma to create and collaborate on design mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools.

Our patient mix includes a combination of self-referred patients as well as physician-referred, from primary care doctors as well as specialists.
We are looking to expand our team of Radiologists for our rapidly growing practice across North America. Ideally you are a Radiologist with a strong MRI foundation.

Not Your Average Radiologist Position:
- This position can be onsite or remote - we welcome teleradiology

What You'll Do
- Report Prenuvo whole body MRI (or bring the desire to expand on your foundational expertise and learn)
- Read cases on site, or have a remote radiology workstation which is approved for use by the ACR or DAP (Canada) - depending on the location you are working
- Provide the highest level of service to our patients and referring physicians
- Become a part of an ongoing education program for staff, including case reviews with MRI technologists
- Utilize ancillary tools and equipment appropriately: PACS and other software systems
- Troubleshoot PACS and IT issues to a reasonable level
- Relay and discuss urgent findings with referring practitioners
- Relay urgent findings and findings of interest to the MRI technologists
- Commit to availability for reporting a minimum number of Prenuvo scans per week
- Become an instrumental part of a culture of communication, teamwork and learning

- Licensed with the appropriate board - must be a fellow of the American Board of Radiology or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada - depending on the location you are applying for. Dual licensure would be advantageous
