VP, Sales – National Accounts

Job Description
Parsley Health is seeking a National Accounts VP with a hunter mentality who will serve as an individual contributor responsible for generating revenue and developing new business through a consultative selling process.
You will manage a national territory, creating a sales strategy to acquire business from employers with 10,000+ employees (Jumbo employer groups). This role reports to the SVP, Enterprise Sales and you will work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Collaboratively grow Parsley Health’s relationships with large US and often multinational employers
- Forecast deal flow and architect and negotiate creative deals and partnerships and actively prospect, build relationships, and secure deals with large accounts (10,000 employees and above).
- Drive and achieve sales goals, including management of the entire end-to-end sales process and consistently exceed your quota and continue to push yourself and motivate those around you.

- Reporting to the SVP Enterprise Sales, you will work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders and develop and drive sales strategy for jumbo employer groups.

- Enjoy leveraging formal and informal networks built from previous experience as well as your industry knowledge to anticipate future population health management trends.
What You’ll Need
- 10+ years of experience in a direct sales role, with no less than 5 years of experience working with HR buyers of companies with 10K employees or more and at least 3 years of experience in benefits sales, working directly with consultants/brokers and employers
- Exceptional sales performance history (quota achievement, forecasting, etc) that can be confirmed through documentation and references who will validate record of success and level of contribution
- Savvy understanding of the economics of the modern day healthcare ecosystem
- Ability to maintain strong internal and external networks; leveraging relationships to prospect and close new business
- Experience owning sales process from sourcing to close on deals that are 12-18 month sales cycles
- Expertise in discretionary health or wellness-related benefits sales, including sales cycles, timelines, and key contacts
- Skilled delivery of engaging, compelling sales and product presentations, in small and large group settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort and finesse communicating with senior leadership teams
- Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation and closing skills

Credentialing Specialist

Job Description
The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for executing all payer credentialing processes and state licensing for our RN team. You will partner with internal teams, providers, Payers, and State Nursing Boards to obtain credentials for our provider team and state licenses for RNs. This role will be responsible for compiling required documents, researching necessary information, and maintaining our credentialing platform up to date.

- Compile documents and required information, research and verify each provider’s background for credentialing / state licensing application submittals
- Act as liaison between payers/medical board and providers, obtaining updates on the status of applications and reporting progress
- Update status of payer credentialing applications in shared platform
- Request and verify documentation and information pertaining to provider credentials and certifications for payer credentialing
- Communicate regularly with payers regarding credentialing qualifications and specific questions and update profiles accordingly
- Interact professionally and appropriately with payer credentialing committees, nursing boards, teammates, providers, representatives and internal teams
- Effectively manage large amounts of information and moving pieces
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all provider files
- Meet cross-licensing goals in support of company OKRs

- Excellent communication skills. Your writing is both thorough and concise, you are proactive when it comes to informing cross-functional partners, and you’re comfortable speaking to a wide array of audiences at varying levels.
- Strong analytical skills. You can share examples of times you’ve used qualitative methods to unearth product opportunities or validate your ideas (ex: user research, A/B testing). Prior experience with data analysis and analytics tools is a must.

Clinical Operations at Parsley Health is responsible for the design and deployment of new programs and initiatives. The Lead Clinical Operations Associate is a member of the Clinical Operations team. Operational Excellence
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Parsley Health product and clinical operations policies and procedures, general workflow, electronic health record workflow, and quality standards.
- Develop and deploy operational policies, tools, and workflows to improve the efficiency of the clinical practice, scaling solutions, and supporting clinician, care manager, and health coach processes.
- Conduct organizational training for all clinical and administrative staff as required
- Serve as a key stakeholder and partner and liaison to the care management, member experience and product teams
- Leverage data and create reporting to evaluate, analyze and enhance each new project and implementation
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks for the clinical practice, improving the efficiency of the practice, lab operations, and clinician and health coach processes.
Project Support
- Build and maintain resources that assist administrative projects and scale solutions.
- Oversee and manage practice-wide pilots and initiatives as required
- Develop and execute against work plans for multiple small to midsize projects during any phase of the project life cycle, from conception through final implementation.
- Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans & status reports. Supports the coordination of resources, project documentation, project status reporting, project risk management, change management as well as post implementation reviews.
- Apply PMO tools, processes, etc to enable design and deployment of consistent processes and systems to enable cross-functional strategy deployment across the organization
Products/Services
- Deploy products necessary for critical expansion of services, including referral management, technology/EHR deployment and secondary care options
- Consult on set-up and workflows for the new products and services being deployed
- Coordinates with all Parsley Health departments to ensure communication is clear and all the correct people are involved
- Provides direct project and program management support for initiatives including referral management, secondary care products, and other related expansion of services.
- Sit on advisory boards for Parsley Health product-lead pod meetings when available to act as clinical operations liaison to provide input and guidance around EPD projects that impact the clinical teams

What You’ll Need
- At least 2-3 years in a related position in healthcare, operations, clinical care and/or membership experience
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience, specifically working with clinical teams managing small to midsize initiatives.
- Minimum 1 years of people management or equivalent supervisory experience, preferred.
- Experience using an electronic medical record system and working with clinical notes is a plus, but not required
- Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for developing your team.

What You’ll Do
- Write code to improve Parsley’s infrastructure and developer experience
- Contribute to architectural decisions and direction with an eye towards security and compliance implications

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Clinicians and Care Managers with administrative and clinical member needs across our in-person and telemedicine practice. You will engage with members over our messaging portal, providing care within Clinician standing orders, addressing prescription and supplement needs, triaging urgent member clinical needs, researching best practices and protocols, and responding to a variety of other clinical needs. Together with the Clinicians’ Managers, your role will be to ensure our Clinicians are supported to maximize their clinical time and panel size, while our members have an incredible Parsley experience. You will report to a Lead RN Care Manager and collaborate with the Clinical Operation teams.
You are a seasoned RN and experienced in providing care over messaging. You are empathetic, take a customer-service approach, and make your members feel heard and cared for. You enjoy taking a holistic approach to care that includes medical and lifestyle interventions. You are comfortable working within a Clinician’s orders with minimal direction. You are a collaborative and supportive teammate to other clinical staff.
What You’ll Need
- Active RN license
- 3+ years experience in direct patient care
- Comfort utilizing a variety of practice technologies (EMR, messaging portal, scheduling system)
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Empathetic bedside manner, good listener and self starter
- Get stuff done attitude, willingness to dive into the details as needed
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a fast paced environment
- Ideally located in New York City or Los Angeles, but not required
- Strong preference for a candidate residing within a compact state

NY Center Physician

Job Description
We are looking for experienced, board-certified trained MDs and DOs who are passionate about transforming primary care, have completed or started training in functional or integrative medicine, and who are extremely tech-savvy.
We are seeking physicians to work full-time hours (24 clinical hours/week, ~40 hours/week in total).
As a full-time Physician, you will generally have six hours of patient care per day, four days per week, with one day reserved for lab review, additional patient communication, and the chance to work on other projects like health outcomes research or collaborating with our engineers to improve our technology platform.
This role entails at least two days/week seeing members in-person at our NY Center based in Flatiron, Manhattan.
What You'll Do
- See patients in-person and virtually using the technology platform provided by the practice
- Provide excellent, personalized patient care according to the guidelines provided by the practice
- Work closely with a care team including a Health Coach to help patients optimize outcomes and achieve their health and wellness goals
- Oversee medical staff (including Health Coaches and Medical Assistants) and assign aspects of care accordingly
- Provide mentorship to non-Physician staff
- Participate in patient care program development
- Assist in the resolution of patient inquiries and requests
- Complete online charts in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and protocols
- Represent Parsley Health in the local and broader community
You'll Need
- MD or DO license
- Board certification (or eligible) in internal medicine, family medicine, or other primary care fields
- 3+ years of experience providing primary care either via telemedicine or in-person
- 2+ years of clinical practice post-residency
- 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine
- Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail

- Passion for your personal health and wellness and that of others
- COVID vaccination required (subject to any applicable exemption required by law)
