What’s the Role?

As the Ecommerce Product Manager, you will work closely our product, engineering, marketing and customer care teams to continually improve the customer experience. There will be endless opportunities to ideate and execute on roadmaps spanning web, mobile, and internal products. You will define product requirements & timelines and oversee execution through the entire product lifecycle in an Agile environment. This position will work with the CTO and technology team and report to the Senior Product Manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop website and mobile product strategy and roadmap across multiple web properties in collaboration with multiple business stakeholders to recommend and champion new initiatives
  • Identify ecommerce needs based on consumer insights, analytics, financial and operational targets and metrics, and competitive analysis
  • Write user stories, prioritize backlog, build consensus, and coordinate production schedules
  • Establish KPI to measure the effectiveness of product/feature launches and drive ongoing improvements
  • Define and deliver innovative and intuitive customer experiences within the ecommerce storefront
  • Coordinate with marketing to enhance content discovery and customer purchase journey based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Lead A/B testing from ideation through execution and analysis
  • Perform market research, competitive analysis and know the customer journey KPI to ensure new content and features drive the right customer and financial goals
What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree required in a technology or related field; MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of consumer ecommerce product management experience
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and A/B Testing tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrated scrum experience; Scrum Master or Product Owner certification preferred
  • Strong usability and product marketing instincts; you can quickly identify challenges and opportunities with a given feature design
  • You are a self-starter who loves working with others. You know how to be proactive but always check in and communicate with the rest of the team
  • You are results-driven and data-centric

What’s the Role?

The Sales Support Representative manages customer relationships and serves as the main point of contact between customers and the Reference Standards Commercial Team. This role focuses on communicating with customers, processing orders, and supporting the overall sales cycle. Regular evaluation of territory performance toward financial targets, as well as achieving customer-facing metrics (scheduling seminars/webinars and customer visits) are the cornerstone of success in the role.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate sales among new and existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling & maintaining records of client transactions and interactions.
  • Manage all aspects of the sale cycle; order entry and respond to product inquiries as needed.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance forecasts on territory and customers.
  • Identify potential compounds or ingredients based on gathering intel from inquiries, industry news and events, external sources, and providing a brief business analysis of the potential sales/market to upper management.
What we need from you:

  • Effective prioritization while multi-tasking actively across various time zones
  • Ability to successfully manage customer base, acquire new customers and build upon existing relationships with Key Accounts
  • BS or BA degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or another related scientific field
  • 1-3 years of industry experience in a similar position/role (sales experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and project management skills, including presentations
  • Experience with account management with client-focused solutions & strong negotiation skills
  • Detailed-oriented with sound time management & multitasking skills.
  • Industry knowledge in food and supplements, nutraceuticals, , contract laboratory testing or similar industries is preferred
  • Experience with account management with client-focused solutions and negotiation skills is a plus.
  • This role may include occasional international or domestic travel (~5%) for client visits and off-site industry events/tradeshows

What’s the Role?

As a Marketplace Specialist, you will assist in the day-to-day management of our business. Driving growth and performance across the marketplace channels ex. Walmart, Ebay and Amazon. You will be coordinating projects and driving strategic initiatives in respective regions. You will work in collaboration with other departments, to achieve organizational goals.

What you’ll do:

What we need from you:

  • Have initiative, be resourceful, self-motivated, and an out of box thinker
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Office
  • Computer savvy with knowledge of hotkeys
  • Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc), experience buying and selling (large scale) on each marketplace
  • Experience successfully managing online marketplaces such as Amazon. Must be a self-starter and decision-maker that is fully committed and understand how to best the competition and increase sales

What’s the Role?

The role of Supply Chain Coordinator requires attention to detail, a high level of initiative, as well as self-motivation and direction to support the daily operations of the Supply Chain Department. In addition, this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to initiate and build relationships in an open, friendly, and accepting manner to interact with manufacturing facilities, logistics, and suppliers and ensure on-time production schedules, completed specifications, and proper maintenance of inventory supplies to support consumer brands.

Main duties include:

  • Coordinate with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO’s) on a weekly basis for order tracking and status updates, escalating as needed
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings with suppliers, both internally and externally
  • Maintain and create vendor specifications documentation and other applicable documents related to consumer brands
  • Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of shipments to ensure adequate capacity while meeting production demands for each facility
  • Receive, adjust, build, and transfer inventory within NetSuite ERP
  • Perform retains of sample product as needed to comply with required regulations
  • Oversee Item & Data Master Maintenance to ensure items are properly set up in the NetSuite ERP and QMS system
What we need from you:

  • Associate degree in Business or another related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Must communicate clearly at all levels of the organization, as well as with outside CMO’s, vendors and customers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and execute high degree of work
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across functional areas
  • Functional knowledge of Excel (data filters, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data connections, Macros)
  • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • Comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Flexible to travel locally to CMO and 3PL locations as needed (occasionally)
