The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads for our I.DOT non-contact dispenser, as well as selling consumables and service contracts, to scientists performing genetic analysis and drug discovery experiments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with current clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the United States
  • Build and maintain relationships with current clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the DISPENDIX product line, including the I.DOT non-contact dispenser, consumables, and service contracts, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life science, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the life sciences industry
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager (m/f/d) to join and enhance our Management Team in Stuttgart, Germany.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership for all finance related processes of Dispendix globally
  • Lead and perform month end close activities in close collaboration with Group Finance
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting of Financial performance to local and global management
  • Drive forecasting and budgeting process
  • Support design and implementation of reporting structure within PowerBI
  • Act as a business partner to CEO and local management team
  • Identify and address financial opportunities and risks of business operations
  • Act as a key driver for process harmonization and collaboration within Dispendix and within the BICO Group
  • Support CEO on financial business strategy
  • Oversee the company’s fiscal activity and act as the key contact to external and internal audit
Qualifications
  • University degree in Finance / Business Administration or work-experience in Controlling and/or Finance
  • Founded IFRS knowlegde
  • Experience in working in a commercial organization with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Experience in process improvement and good understanding of process management
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, results driven, rapidly changing environment
  • Hands-on mentality paired with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experienced to work internationally and with internal/external stakeholders
  • Expertise in corporate governance
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Work experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative based in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities:
· Organize customer workshops and represent our company at scientific conferences.
· Have continuous contact with existing customers.
· Identify new business opportunities by targeted prospection and close new business deals.
· Perform live demos for potential users in academic and commercial labs.
· Work with the marketing team to drive initiatives, enhance campaigns and build material for the market.
· Generate new leads and arrange client meetings.
· Follow up new incoming leads from various sources (campaigns, webinars, websites etc.).
· Update SalesForce regularly and track daily activities.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science, minimum qualification.
· Preferably has Life Sciences sales experience.
· Experience within sales of laboratory equipment (Liquid Handling).
· Experience with genomic assays
· Knowledge on liquid handling automation is a must
· Existing network in the Life Science industry and research sectors is a plus.
· Business level of English
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· SalesForce and Outreach experience is a plus.
· Microsoft office

Travel requirements: 70 - 100 days per year (dependent upon Covid restrictions)
