Dr. Menka Gupta

She is the first Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) in Singapore, and she has over two decades of experience in the health and medical field. Trained in the US and UK, she is a medical doctoro with experience working in leading hospitals around the world. She specializes in gynecology, general medicine, and gastroenterology. 

Dr. Menka's journey in functional medicine began in 2012. She has a master’s degree in personalized nutrition from the UK and a certification as a DNA life (Nutrigenomics) practitioner. Her approach integrates functional medicine protocols with personalized nutrition, functional lab testing, supplements, lifestyle, and environmental strategies. She examines micronutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, gut microbiome and genetic predisposition to uncover the underlying cause of the disease.
