Pura Vida Wellness

Pura Vida holistic life coaching helps get your body and mind clean so that you can tune into your own intuition and live the life that you dream of. Our coaches are licensed Chek Practitioners who will empower you to shift your lifestyle in a way that will allow you to live your life with more passion, purpose and intention.

Before beginning a program, you will complete a series of questionnaires that will allow your coach to assess the relationship between your diet, lifestyle, internal organ stress, and pains/symptoms that you experience. From there, your coach will discuss the results with you and develop a plan that fits your unique needs.

These programs are NOT just a diet and exercise plan. You will be educated on the many guiding principles that contribute to what it means to be a happy, healthy and thriving human. The goal is for you to be able to take this information and have a great overall understanding of how each decision you make affects your well-being.
